4 days / 3 nights Chiang Rai – Chiang Mai

Day 1 Arrive Chiang Rai, drive to visit Doi Tung, a temporary residence of

Princess Mother with traditional northern building style and Swiss

chalet. In front of palace has a large Royal Flower Garden, visit Long

Necked Karen village, lunch at restaurant, visit Golden Triangle where

Mekong river flows marking the three countries Thailand, Myanmar

and Laos, cruise along Mekong River to the ancient town of Chiang Saen

and visit Don Sao Island in Laos return to Chiang Rai.

Evening, explore Chiang Rai by riding Rickshaw or “Sam Law”

Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Breakfast, cruise along Kok River by long tailed boat to visit Karen

Village, visit White Temple, lunch at restaurant and proceed to

Chiang Mai.

Evening, Khantoke dinner with traditional northern dance.

Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 Breakfast, visit elephant training center at Mae Taeng for elephant

riding and rafting along Ping River, lunch at Orchid and Butterflies

farm, visit Doi Suthep, the highly – revered temple on the hilltop,

offers panoramic views of Chiang Mai city

Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 Breakfast, drive uphill to visit Doi Inthanon National Park the highest

peak in Thailand it’s famous for the fertile forests which keep the

weather cold throughout the year, picnic lunch, visit waterfall.

Transfer to airport for your departure flight.
